Custom Cake Order Policy

Payment
To secure your custom cake order, full payment is required by the due date listed on your invoice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Unpaid invoices will result in cancellation, and no product will be available for pickup. Timely payment ensures your spot on our schedule.

Cancellations & Refunds

• 7 or more days before pickup: Full refund
   
• 4–6 days before pickup: 50% refund
   
• Less than 3 days before pickup: No refund
   

Due to the custom nature of our products, time and resources are committed well in advance of the pickup date.

Invoice Agreement
An invoice will be sent after finalizing your design and pricing with our cake artist.
By submitting payment, you confirm your order and agree to the terms outlined above.
